Welcome to Bitchen in the Kitchen........your guide to degustation at home. We're about to take all of the stress and heartache out of having a dinner party, a certified gourmet feast at home....we're going to teach you what will soon be commonly referred to as "bitchen in the kitchen"! However, we are going to do it with a twist, add some zing to the equation. What we are going to help you create at your house is a fun, relaxed, gourmet food experience where you, if you are the host, are not required to do all of the prep work and cook all of the meals. That's right...a dinner party with your handpicked most entertaining and culinary adventurous friends in the comfort of your own house. Now the twist. To add a bit of a challenge and excitement and, of course, add enormous variety to the selection of food, we can't go past a "tasting style" menu. What's that? Every one of your guests prepares a small serving of a dish (see "you're a guest") and brings a wine or beverage to match, this also means that the host also only prepares one dish and takes care of a few other basic essentials (see "you're the host") So what is so groundbreaking about that?? The unique side of things happens because we really want to push you and your guests to cook their own signature dish or prepare a dish that they've always said "I could never cook that!"
So strap yourself in because we are going to walk you through each step of everything you need to consider to have a succesful dinner party. Our only goal is to make sure that every person on the night can look back and confidently declare that they were truly "Bitchen in the Kitchen". Now lets get cookin'!!
