A step by step guide if you are a guest

Narrow down your signature dishes or search the web for a suitable gourmet recipe matching the theme set out by your host.
Keep the following in mind otherwise you will be overwhelmed by the choices that you have.
- Choose the recipe that requires minimal preparation at the hosts house. That is, you can do all your prep work at home and make your mess in your own kitchen......it means you get to relax and enjoy yourself for the night!
- Don't go too adventurous - you may think you are a Michelin star chef but please don't use the other guests as your "first attempt" diners. Try the dish out the week before hand and see how it goes, make adjustments and perfect the dish

Once you have decided on your dish get in contact with the host and discuss what kitchen tools and equipment you will need on the night and if you need to bring any extra bowls, plates, glasses or accessories.

Try to turn up on time so you are not still eating at midnight - If you're running late let the host know so then they may be able to serve someone elses dish until you arrive.
